Fadzil Nayan Won the 2nd ELITE Open Final

Ahmad Fadzil Nayan, Insofar's 2nd Elite Open Final Champion
26 September 2011, Kuala Lumpur – Ahmad Fadzil Nayan (pix above) scored 5 points from six rounds of play during the 2nd Elite Open Final organised by Insofar Chess Academy. He beat 18 other participants including IM Jimmy Liew who finished in second place with 4.5 points.
Ahmad Fadzil met Nithyalakshmi Sivanesan, Mohd Fairin, Mohd Fadli Zakaria, Sumant, IM Jimmy Liew, and Kamaluddin Yusof. He drew with Jimmy Liew and Kamaluddin and won the rest.

The World Youth Under-16 Chess Olympiad will be held in Kocaeli, Turkey from 23 October - 01 November.
The Malaysian Chess Federation (MCF) is pleased to announced that Malaysia will be represented by it’s best Under-16 juniors for the World Youth Under-16 Chess Olympiad.
