MCF Registration Conditions
All Official and Additional players ( NAG10 TOP 4 only) must confirm their participation with a deposit payment of USD 100 to MCF by 15 May 2010 . This deposit is to confirmed your place in the event as Registration fee.(Non Refundable)
Entry forms must be filled with FULL PAYMENT to MCF not later than 22nd May 2010.

MCF reserves the right to accept or reject any registration after this deadline subject to a penalty fee of USD50.
The complete registration form must include the surname, first name, FIDE ID number, FIDE rating and title, and passport number of each player and each accompanying person.
A digital scan of the passport and ID photo of each player and each accompanying person must be sent by email to the Organising Committee.

The Asian Youth Challengers Championships is an Open Event.
All applications to participate in the Asian Youth Challengers Event must be made in writing to MCF for sanction and approval .
